Lebanon man accused of selling oregano as marijuana in North Cornwall Township

A Lebanon man was charged after selling oregano as marijuana in North Cornwall Township, according to police.

Bryan Wike, 18, Lebanon, was charged Tuesday with prohibited acts; penalties because he was selling oregano and representing it as marijuana at 3:54 p.m. Feb. 15 at 1705 Center St., police said.

South Annville

Investigation Inside: Crews from Annville-Cleona Fire District were dispatched at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday to 1609 Horseshoe Pike to investigate alarm bells sounding inside the building.

Jackson

Fire Alarm: Keystone and Goodwill fire companies and the Myerstown First Aid Unit were dispatched at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday to C.M. High Inc., 341 King St., for an activated smoke detector.

West Cornwall

Investigation Inside: Mount Gretna and Quentin fire companies, crews from Annville-Cleona Fire District and the First Aid and Safety Patrol were dispatched at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday to 303 Seventh St. to investigate alarm bells sounding inside the building.

Crash: Jennifer Santiago, 34, of 345 S. 16th St., Lebanon, was operating her vehicle at the intersection of Routes 72 and 419 at 5:15 p.m. Friday when she became involved in a crash with a vehicle operated by Magaly Pagan-Marcucci, 25, D58 Hamels Court, Willow Street, police said. No injuries were reported.

Crash: Jose Ruiz, 47, of 226-09 95th Ave., Floral Park, N.Y., was operating his vehicle on Route 72 just north of Maple Avenue at 5:55 p.m. Saturday when he became involved in a crash with a vehicle operated by Alan Bucher, 50, of 3070 Sensei Drive, Manheim, police said. No injuries were reported, according to police.

Crash: Sharon Weaver, 60, of 120 Maple St., Lebanon, was operating her vehicle on Route 72 just north of Maple Avenue at 5:33 p.m. Saturday when she became involved in a crash with a vehicle operated by Tanya Eisenhour, 45, of 525 S. 12th St., Lebanon, police said. Eisenhour and a passenger in her vehicle complained of headaches, but declined treatment at the scene, according to police.

Lebanon

Disorderly Conduct: Timothy Torres, 23, Lebanon, and Noah Starry, 25, North Cornwall, were cited for disorderly conduct at 9:15 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Lehman Street, police said.

Public Drunkenness: Tracy Dannenberger, 36, Lebanon, was cited for public drunkenness at 3:40 p.m. Saturday at 400 S. Eighth St., police said.

Public Drunkenness: Terrance Jackson, 24, Lebanon, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct at 5:58 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Cumberland Street, police said.

Harassment: Leanna Patches, 28, Richland, was cited for harassment at 10 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 800 block of Cornwall Road, police said.

Public Drunkenness: Ryan Bourgault, 26, Harrisburg, was cited for public drunkenness at 5:29 a.m. Monday in the 700 block of East Lehman Street, police said.

PFA Violation: Jodi Scribner, 52, Lebanon, was charged with a protection from abuse order violation at 12:10 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of East Weidman Street, police said. Scribner is accused of calling a man and knocking on the front and back doors of his residence in violation of the PFA, according to police. The man was not injured during this incident, police said. Scribner was transported to central booking, arraigned and incarcerated at Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Possession: Amanda Stickler, 30, Middletown, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 11:50 a.m. Jan. 13 in the 200 block of South Eighth Street, police said.

Possession: Michael Medero-Velez, 22, Lebanon, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 12:54 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of North Fifth Street, police said.

Possession: Michael Hickerson, 33, Lebanon, was charged Tuesday with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 5:16 p.m. Jan. 13 in the first block of South 10th Street, police said.

North Lebanon

Crash: Tristan Selig, 19, of 1831 E. Lehman St., Lebanon, was operating his vehicle in the 300 block of Ebenezer Road at 5:48 p.m. Saturday when his vehicle slid off the snow-covered roadway and struck a block wall at 313 Ebenezer Road, police said. No injuries were reported, according to police.

North Cornwall

DUI: Travis Bowman, 34, Annville, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol 0.109 percent and careless driving after a crash that occurred at 10:41 p.m. Jan. 30 in the 200 block of South 23rd Street, police said. Bowman’s vehicle struck two legally parked vehicles owned by Gerald Doster on the east side of the street. He struck the first vehicle and pushed it into the second, according to police.

Crash: Chelsea Yingst, 29, Lebanon, was operating her vehicle eastbound in the 1600 block of Cumberland Street and was stopped in her lane of travel at 6:37 p.m. Saturday when her vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle operated by Katherine Lefever, 19, Jonestown, police said. Lefever was unable to stop and slid into the rear of Yingst’s vehicle, according to police. No injuries were reported, police said.
